October 31, 2012: Warehouse Hallowe'en Party

Welcome to Leena's Bed and Breakfast. It's a homey-looking place with a well-loved lived-in feel. Once you come in the front door, you're faced with a hallway. To the left is a large living room, with a sunroom off of the side, and a dining room off of the back. Straight ahead is a kitchen, with a private wing behind it and a bathroom. To the right is a stairway upstairs with a ribbon tied across the banister. Go under the ribbon to your own peril.

Joshua, Helena, and Claudia are milling around.

"Not magic as much as... hold on." Joshua goes over to the drinks table and returns with a snow globe and a soda. "We have things that do not do what they are supposed to, like this." He shakes the snowglobe over the soda, and a shower of ice comes out the bottom, chilling the drink instantly.

[says_the_booyah]

"No, that's not weird at all.

"You gonna drink that?" Weird or not, it's a cold soda. Though he should be having water right now.

"Nope! All for you." He hands it over. "Anyway, this is actually what we do. Collect and contain these things that do what they shouldn't."

[says_the_booyah]

"Sounds like a good idea. We run into some crazy things and people out there, and never know what to do with them." Short of maybe feeding them to Starfire's pet.

He sips the soda, and is relieved that he's not leaking from in between his moss and leaves.

"Yeah, that's why our organization exists. We collect dangerous objects and put them away where people can't get to them."

"So, that's... an interesting costume you have there."

[says_the_booyah]

"It's not a costume. It's that wonderful Bar magic. I'm some sort of walking tree. I feel connected to the green, and think I need some sun.

"Good thing I still have my taste buds, at least." Though he has no idea what his body's doing with the soda or any of the food he's been eating.
